Our approach
A kitchen and a bathroom bring together, in a few square metres, almost every building trade there is: masonry, tanking, plumbing, electrics, joinery, tiling, glazing. This is where poor coordination shows up fastest.
We treat them as centrepieces: laser setting out, joinery drawn to the millimetre, services fixed before anything is fitted, and materials chosen to age well in a wet room.
How we work
Tanking matting or a waterproofing system under the tiles, upstands, falls kept under control. A walk-in shower is judged in ten years' time, not on handover day.
Laser setting out, layout worked out in advance, cuts shared out. The joints fall where they should, the skirtings line up, the cupboard doors sit flush.
Task lighting, coves, backlit recesses, high-CRI lamps at the mirrors. A fine material badly lit gives nothing back.
