What we are

Do you take on small projects?

Yes. A bathroom, a kitchen, a floor or a repaint are as much part of our daily work as a whole villa. The level of finish stays the same.

I do not live locally — can you run the project without me?

That is common on the French Riviera. We take charge of the whole project, with regular progress updates and photo reports. You see the result at handover.

Do you handle every trade?

Yes — demolition, plumbing, electrics, partitions and ceilings, tiling, parquet, joinery, metalwork, painting. Everything is coordinated by HEXABAT, with no chain of subcontractors.

What are your lead times?

The quotation reaches you within 48 working hours. The start date and the length of the works depend on the scope and on the lead times for materials: we give you a firm programme with the quotation, and we keep to it.

Are you insured?

HEXABAT is a SAS registered with the Nice trade register (RCS 104 267 174), covered by professional liability insurance and by the French ten-year structural warranty. The certificates are sent to you with the quotation.

Where do you work?

Nice and the whole of the Alpes-Maritimes: Cannes, Antibes, Sophia-Antipolis, Mougins, Valbonne, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Èze, Cap d'Ail, Monaco, Menton, Grasse and Vence.

How is the budget put together?

From a survey on site and the materials chosen. Every item is quantified separately, so you can weigh things up clearly before signing — and avoid revisions once the work has started.
