Our approach
A drawing costs infinitely less than a wall knocked down twice. Before any work starts, we survey what is there, establish what the structure allows, and draw up several layout options — circulation, light, storage, the proportions of each room.
You choose from the drawings, knowing the budget for each option. Only then does the work begin, on a specification that every trade shares.
How we work
The height of a window sill, the width of an opening, a door lined up with a window: these are the decisions that let a place breathe.
Orientation, openings, integrated lighting. You draw as much with light as with partitions.
Materials chosen, quantities known, programme agreed. Surprises on site almost always come from a study done too quickly.
